Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Mini Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide × 11 cm high × 4 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing it with other Chanel Mini Flap bags, as dimensions can vary between versions.

Q: What can I carry inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as cards, a lipstick and a few keys. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit is not confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with the bag's listed measurements of 19 × 11 × 4 cm. The usable interior and opening will be smaller than the exterior dimensions, so contact us for confirmation if phone fit is essential.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: The listed strap measurement is 58 cm. Crossbody suitability depends on your height, build and preferred carrying position. As the product data does not specify whether this measurement represents strap length or drop, contact us to confirm the fit before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: A serial number tag is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Mini Flap Bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Is this bag made from lambskin or caviar leather?
A: The material is not specified in the supplied product information, so neither lambskin nor caviar leather can be confirmed. Contact us for material confirmation before choosing any material-specific care products.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect the bag from prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the strap to help prevent marks, and avoid overfilling it.
