Q: What is the connection between this bag and Sharon Stone?
A: The Amfar Three Vanity Star was designed by Sharon Stone for a Louis Vuitton collection benefiting amfAR and its AIDS research work. It combines the house’s signature Monogram design with a practical shoulder-bag format.

Q: Is this bag made entirely from leather?
A: No. This model combines brown Monogram coated canvas with natural vachetta cowhide leather trim and a leather shoulder strap.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?

A: This model is designed for shoulder carry with an adjustable leather strap and has a zip closure at the top. It should not be assumed to offer a comfortable cross-body fit.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The vachetta leather shows patina, watermarks, scuffing on the base and a small tear on the trim. The interior has light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Why has the vachetta leather darkened, and how should I care for it?
A: Natural vachetta leather develops a deeper amber patina over time. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products, harsh cleaners and home stain-removal treatments. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a lint-free, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Clean the coated canvas separately with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the leather trim. Store the bag away from direct sunlight, heat and damp conditions.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information lists France as the country of origin and records the code SL0022.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accompanying accessories are specified in the product information. Please confirm what is included before purchasing if a dust bag, box or another accessory is important to you.
