OmegaSeamaster 300M 42mm James Bond 60th Anniversary Full Set 2024 Watch

Q: What is the Omega Seamaster 300M James Bond 60th Anniversary?
A: It’s a commemorative 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M (ref. 210.30.42.20.03.002) released to celebrate 60 years of 007 on screen. Key details include a blue wave-pattern dial, a blue aluminium bezel with a “60” at 12 o’clock, no‑date layout with a lollipop seconds hand, a stainless‑steel mesh (Milanese) bracelet, and a special animated case back. This specific piece is a 2024 example sold as a full set with its box, outer box and certificate.

Q: Which movement does it use?
A: The watch is powered by Omega’s Co‑Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8806 (automatic). It’s METAS‑certified for precision, highly anti‑magnetic, and offers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The no‑date layout keeps the dial clean and true to the edition’s design intent.

Q: Is it water‑resistant and suitable for swimming?
A: The Diver 300M range is rated to 300 metres and features a screw‑down crown and helium escape valve. As this is a pre‑owned watch, we cannot guarantee water resistance without a current pressure test; we recommend treating it as splash‑resistant only unless you have it tested and re‑sealed by a professional.

Q: How does this edition differ from a standard Seamaster 300M?
A: Distinctive features include the aluminium wave dial and bezel (rather than ceramic), the commemorative “60” on the bezel, a lollipop seconds hand, the omission of a date window, the stainless‑steel mesh bracelet, and the Bond‑themed animated case back.

Q: Will it fit my wrist and can the bracelet be adjusted?
A: This watch is currently sized to fit a wrist of up to 20.5 cm. The mesh bracelet has an adjustable clasp with multiple micro‑adjust positions for a precise fit. It can be sized down easily; if you need a larger fit, alternative straps (the lug width is 20 mm) can be considered.

Q: Is it a limited edition?
A: It’s a special anniversary model, but not a numbered limited edition. Omega did not specify a fixed production number; availability can vary based on production and demand.

Q: What crystal and bezel does it have?
A: It features a domed, scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal with anti‑reflective treatment and a unidirectional blue aluminium bezel with a white diving scale, marked with “60” at the top as a nod to the anniversary.

Q: What is included with this purchase?
A: This example comes as a full set: original box, outer box and certificate. A Retro Tale provides our authentication guarantee, secure shipping, and a 12‑month warranty covering the mechanical movement.

Q: How do I set the time?
A: Unscrew the crown anti‑clockwise. In the first position you can manually wind the movement; pull the crown out to the second position to set the time (there is no date on this model). Push the crown back in and screw it down firmly to maintain water resistance.

Q: How often should it be serviced?
A: As a general guideline for modern Omega mechanical watches, plan on a routine service approximately every 5–10 years, or sooner if you notice timekeeping issues or reduced power reserve. We’re happy to advise on service options.
