Q: What size is this Chanel Kelly Top Handle Bag, and what usually fits inside?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 x 18 x 7 cm, so it is best suited to daily essentials rather than larger items. It will typically hold a phone, compact wallet or cardholder, keys, sunglasses and a few small personal items. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the exact dimensions.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This particular piece is designed to be carried by hand using its single top handle. The handle drop is approximately 11 cm, and no shoulder strap is listed in the product information.

Q: Does the bag have interior or exterior pockets?
A: Yes. According to the product information, it has one internal zipped pocket and an exterior slip pocket at the back, which are useful for organising smaller essentials.

Q: How does the bag close?
A: It features a front flap closure with Chanel’s CC turn-lock fastening, giving the bag its structured and classic vintage look.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: It is listed in good condition. The exterior shows a light trace of use with light scratches to the leather, the interior has light signs of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is this a vintage Chanel bag?
A: Yes. This is a vintage Chanel Kelly Top Handle Bag, and the serial sticker information dates it to approximately 1997 to 1999 according to the product data.

Q: What accessories are included with this item?
A: The product information lists a serial sticker as the included item. If any other extras are not mentioned in the product information, they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this item is Italy.

Q: How should I care for vintage pink leather?
A: Vintage leather should be handled gently and kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and moisture, especially with lighter colours such as pink. To help preserve the shape, store the bag upright, lightly filled, and in a breathable dust bag when not in use. Avoid overfilling, as structured vintage bags can show wear more easily around corners, the flap and the handle.

Q: Is this bag practical for everyday use?
A: It can be a lovely everyday option if you prefer a structured handbag and carry only your essentials. Buyers often like Kelly-style Chanel bags for their elegant top-handle silhouette, but they are usually better for compact daily items than for bulky contents.
