Q: What are the dimensions of this bag, and what typically fits inside?
A: This Chanel Lambskin Chain Business Bag measures approximately 38 x 30 x 6 cm, with a strap drop of 21 cm. It is a roomy everyday or work-style bag that can typically hold documents, a tablet, a long wallet, phone, keys, and other daily essentials. If you plan to carry a laptop, we recommend comparing your device measurements carefully with the dimensions shown in the product information.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. The chain strap has an approximate drop of 21 cm, which is generally suitable for shoulder carry. Fit can vary depending on your frame and what you are wearing, so please use the strap measurement in the product information as your guide.

Q: Is lambskin a practical material for everyday use?
A: Lambskin is prized for its soft, smooth, luxurious feel and elegant finish. It can absolutely be used regularly, but it is generally more delicate than more heavily grained leathers and may show scratches, rubbing, and corner wear more easily over time. If you love a refined look and do not mind gentle wear developing with use, it is a beautiful choice.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: This item is listed in good condition. According to the product information, there is wear on the corners and along the edges, scratches to the interior, and light scratches with some tarnishing to the hardware. Please review the images and condition notes carefully for the best understanding of its current state.

Q: Is this bag suitable for work or business use?
A: Yes, this style and size make it well suited to smart day-to-day use, including office or business settings. Its structured, slim profile is ideal for carrying essentials neatly while maintaining a polished look. For larger tech items or bulkier contents, please compare the bag measurements with what you plan to carry.

Q: Does this bag come with any accessories?
A: No accessories are currently listed in the product information. If an item such as a dust bag, box, authenticity card, or other extras is not shown in the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: The serial number is noted as illegible. Should I be concerned?
A: Not necessarily. On vintage Chanel pieces, serial stickers or numbers can fade, wear, or become difficult to read over time. In this case, the serial number is recorded in the product information as illegible. Authenticity should always be assessed through the item as a whole, including materials, construction, hardware, stamps, and provenance, rather than relying on one detail alone.

Q: How should I care for vintage Chanel lambskin?
A: Handle it gently and avoid overfilling the bag, as this helps preserve its shape. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, moisture, perfume, and harsh cleaning products. For light surface marks, use a soft dry cloth and store the bag upright when possible, ideally with tissue paper inside to help maintain its form. Because lambskin is naturally soft, extra care is recommended during everyday use and storage.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: According to the product information, this bag is black and made in Italy.
