Q: What are the measurements of this Gucci Tom Ford Bamboo Top Handle Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 17 cm wide, 14 cm high and 6 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 9 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to small essentials, such as a slim cardholder, keys and lipstick. Phone fit will depend on your device, its case and the bag’s opening; compare your phone’s measurements with the listed dimensions before purchasing. It is not suitable for a laptop.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is listed as included, and no strap measurement is provided. This bag is presented as a top-handle style, so do not assume it can be carried on the shoulder or worn crossbody.

Q: Are a dust bag, box or other accessories included?
A: No accessories are included with this item, according to the product information. A dust bag, box or authenticity card should therefore not be expected.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: The listed colour is brown. The shade may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your screen settings.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: How should I clean this vintage Gucci bag?
A: Gucci’s general handbag guidance recommends gently wiping with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding cleaning or protective products that could alter the finish. As the material is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice from Gucci or a specialist before treating stains or attempting deeper cleaning.

Q: How should I store the bag and protect its bamboo handle?
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and rain. Store it in a suitable protective dust bag, purchased separately, and avoid placing other items on top. Take particular care not to put pressure on the bamboo handle. For advice on suitable handle supports for this vintage model, consult Gucci rather than assuming accessories designed for newer Bamboo bags will fit.
