Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM?
A: This bag measures approximately 45 cm wide × 29 cm high × 14 cm deep, according to the product information. These are the measurements of this particular pre-owned piece and may differ from general model specifications.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the leather trim, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is the Monogram Neverfull MM made entirely from leather?
A: No. The classic Monogram Neverfull MM combines Monogram coated canvas with natural cowhide-leather trim and a textile lining. The leather trim can develop a darker patina over time.

Q: Will a laptop fit inside this Neverfull MM?
A: Louis Vuitton lists a 13-inch laptop among the items that fit the Neverfull MM. Compatibility with this particular bag is not confirmed, so compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the listed measurements before purchasing. External dimensions alone do not guarantee usable interior space.

Q: Can the Neverfull MM be carried on the shoulder?
A: Yes. Its twin handles are designed for shoulder or arm carry. Comfort and clearance will depend on your build, clothing and how much you pack. Avoid overpacking, particularly when carrying heavier items.

Q: Does the Neverfull MM have a zipped top?
A: No. The classic Neverfull MM has an open top with a hook closure rather than a full zip. It has a zipped interior pocket for smaller belongings, but the main compartment is not fully enclosed.

Q: What are the side laces for?
A: The side laces let you adjust the bag’s shape. Tighten them for a more compact silhouette or loosen them for a wider tote shape. They do not create a fully closed top.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a pouch. The Neverfull pouch can be used to organise smaller essentials or carried separately as a clutch. Do not assume that a box or other extras are included unless listed in the product information.

Q: How should I care for this Monogram Neverfull MM?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, lightly damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Avoid alcohol-based products, oils, solvents and leather lotions. Store the bag in its dust bag in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale states that every item is authenticated by its in-house experts and that it also works with independent suppliers specialising in authentication as part of a two-step screening process. A separate third-party authentication certificate is an optional service, not an automatically included accessory.
