Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Vernis Alma BB Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 cm wide, 18 cm high and 12 cm deep. It is a compact structured handbag that works well for day-to-evening use.

Q: What typically fits inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, cardholder or small wallet, keys, lipstick, tissues and sunglasses. Because of its structured shape, it is roomy for its size, but bulkier items may reduce usable space.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Yes. The Alma BB is designed to be carried by hand or worn with a longer strap. For this specific item, the handle drop is approximately 10 cm and the strap drop is approximately 55 cm.

Q: What material is Vernis, and is it delicate?
A: Vernis is Louis Vuitton’s glossy patent-style embossed leather. It gives the bag its polished shine and dressy look, but it can be more prone to surface marks, scratches and colour transfer than more textured leathers, so careful handling is recommended.

Q: How should I care for a Vernis Alma BB?
A: Store it in a dust bag, keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and avoid contact with dark denim, magazines, cosmetics, hand cream and perfume, as these can cause marks or colour transfer. For light surface dirt, wipe gently with a soft, light-coloured cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or solvents.

Q: Is the Alma BB a good everyday bag?
A: For many people, yes. It is one of the most popular Alma sizes because it combines a classic structured shape with enough room for essentials, while still feeling light and compact. It is especially well suited to smart daily wear, lunches, evenings out and occasions when you do not need to carry too much.

Q: What condition is this specific bag in?
A: This item is in very good condition with light traces of use. The exterior and interior are both described as very good, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This specific item includes a dust bag. Please refer to the product information for the included items for this listing.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product information for this item, it was made in France.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully checked for authenticity by specialists who assess details such as materials, construction, hardware, stamps and overall craftsmanship. We stand behind the authenticity of the items we sell.
