Saint LaurentJune Box Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Saint Laurent YSL June Box Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 20 x 15 x 8 cm, it is best for daily essentials such as a phone, cardholder or small wallet, keys, lipstick, and slim sunglasses. It is a compact structured bag rather than a large day bag, so bulkier items like a tablet, water bottle, or full-size purse are unlikely to fit comfortably.

Q: Will it fit a phone?
A: Most modern phones should fit, especially when carried alongside a few small essentials. If you use a very large phone case or prefer to carry many items, comparing your own measurements with the bag dimensions listed on this page is the best guide.

Q: How can this bag be carried?
A: This piece has a single flat adjustable strap measuring approximately 54 cm. It is primarily suited to shoulder wear, and the adjustable length gives some flexibility in how high or low it sits on the body.

Q: What are the key design details of this bag?
A: This June Box Bag features black quilted leather, gold-tone hardware, a flap closure, and a black leather lining. Its structured box shape gives it a polished look that works well for both daytime and evening use.

Q: Does the bag close securely?
A: Yes. It has a flap closure that helps keep your essentials covered, while the structured shape makes the interior easy to organise.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good. The exterior shows light traces of use with scratches on the edges, the interior has light signs of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: According to the product information, this item comes with a dust bag and booklet.

Q: How should I care for quilted leather like this?
A: To help preserve the finish, avoid water, perfume, oils, make-up, rough surfaces, and prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Store the bag upright in its dust bag and consider lightly stuffing it with tissue paper to help maintain its shape. Use only a soft cloth for gentle cleaning and avoid harsh cleaning products.

Q: Is this bag vintage and authenticated?
A: Yes. This is a vintage Saint Laurent piece, and A Retro Tale specialises in authenticated luxury vintage and second-hand accessories.
