ChanelCaviar Large Wavy CC Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Chanel Caviar Large Wavy CC Bag?
A: With measurements of 29 × 22 × 8 cm, this bag is well suited to daily essentials such as a phone, long wallet, keys, sunglasses, small cosmetics and other compact items. Its large silhouette makes it more practical than many smaller Chanel styles, but it is not designed for bulkier items such as most laptops or large tablets.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This style is primarily designed as a shoulder bag, and the 47 cm strap drop gives it a comfortable longer shoulder fit. Depending on your height and proportions, it may sit low enough to try across the body, but it is best considered a shoulder style first.

Q: Is Chanel caviar leather a good choice for everyday use?
A: Yes. Chanel caviar leather is widely appreciated for its textured finish and more durable feel compared with smoother leathers. It tends to be a practical option for regular use because it is generally more resistant to visible scratches and helps the bag keep its structure well.

Q: How should I care for this bag?
A: Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid overfilling, and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, rain, rough surfaces and dark fabrics that may cause colour transfer. When not in use, store it in a breathable dust bag and lightly stuff it with tissue to help maintain its shape.

Q: What condition is this specific item in?
A: This item is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. As a pre-owned Chanel piece, minor signs of wear are normal and part of its vintage character.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This bag includes product information in the form of a serial number tag. If any other accessories are not listed under product information, they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product data, this bag was made in Italy.

Q: Is this a practical day bag or more of an occasion bag?
A: This Large Wavy CC style leans strongly towards practical day use. Buyers often like the Wavy CC line for its easy shoulder carry, useful size and more functional feel than many compact Chanel bags, while the black caviar finish still keeps it polished enough for smarter occasions.
