Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Caviar Wallet on Chain?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 60 cm.

Q: What can I carry inside a Chanel Wallet on Chain?
A: The Wallet on Chain is designed for a compact selection of essentials, such as cards, cash, slim keys and a lipstick, with room for a phone depending on its size. Bulky wallets, key bundles and glasses cases can take up much of the available space. Avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will my phone fit inside this bag?
A: Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and the other items you carry. Compare your phone’s dimensions with the bag’s external measurements of 19 × 13 × 4 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior. These measurements alone do not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Q: Can the Chanel Wallet on Chain be worn crossbody?
A: The Classic Wallet on Chain is commonly worn crossbody or over the shoulder, and the chain can be tucked inside for clutch-style carrying. This item has a listed strap measurement of 60 cm; where it sits will depend on your height and build. Tucking the chain inside reduces the space available for essentials.

Q: What is caviar leather, and is it suitable for regular use?
A: Chanel caviar leather is grained calfskin with a distinctive pebbled texture. It is generally more resistant to visible scratches than smooth lambskin, making it a practical choice for regular use, although it still requires careful handling. This bag is black.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does this bag come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included. The recorded serial number is 18699297.

Q: Where was this Chanel Wallet on Chain made?
A: The country-of-origin information for this item states France.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the leather’s finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture, and carefully blot it dry if it gets wet. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the chain to prevent contact marks. Avoid overloading it to help preserve its shape.
