Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Classic Mini Rectangular Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 12 cm high and 5 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 55 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: The Mini Rectangular is best suited to small essentials, such as a compact mobile phone, a slim cardholder, a few keys and a lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will my mobile phone fit?
A: A compact phone may fit, but this has not been confirmed for a particular model. Compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with the bag's external measurements of 19 × 12 × 5 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and the flap opening.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody or on the shoulder?
A: The Mini Rectangular style can be worn on the shoulder or crossbody, depending on your height and body shape. This item's listed strap measurement is 55 cm; confirm how that measurement was taken if the exact wearing position is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, and the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware is shiny with light scratches, and there is discolouration on the chain.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Is this bag made from lambskin or caviar leather?
A: The material is not specified in the product information, so neither lambskin nor caviar leather can be confirmed for this item. Please ask for confirmation if you have a material preference.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No accompanying accessories are specified in the product information. Please confirm what is included before purchasing if a box, dust bag or authenticity card is important to you.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Use a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and gently blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth if it gets wet. Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, with tissue paper around the chain to help prevent impressions. Avoid overfilling, and seek specialist advice for stains or chain discolouration.
