Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Small Jersey Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 cm wide, 14 cm high and 7 cm deep. These are the measurements of this specific pre-owned piece, rather than a general size guide.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: It is best suited to compact essentials, such as a mobile phone, a slim cardholder, a small set of keys and a lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them. Check your phone dimensions and avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: The listed strap measurements are 24/43 cm, providing shorter and longer carrying options. Shoulder wear is the most straightforward option; crossbody comfort will depend on your height, torso length and preferred positioning. Compare the longer measurement with a bag you already find comfortable before purchasing.

Q: Is this bag made from leather or fabric?
A: This is the jersey version of the Classic Small Double Flap, with a black fabric exterior rather than an all-leather exterior. The product data does not specify the jersey's fibre composition.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: Double flap describes a design with an outer flap and a second flap beneath it, covering the main interior. Both flaps need to be opened to access the main compartment.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece, so some wear should be expected.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this jersey bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and protect it from prolonged sunlight, moisture, perfume and cosmetics. If it gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth rather than rubbing. For stains or fabric-specific cleaning, ask a CHANEL boutique or a specialist luxury handbag cleaner before applying any treatment. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with the chain wrapped in tissue paper to prevent it pressing against the bag.
