Q: What typically fits inside the Christian Dior Trotter Messenger Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 37 × 26 × 5 cm, it is best suited to daily essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, small cosmetics and other slim items. Its messenger shape is practical for everyday use, but it is not designed for very bulky packing.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: Yes. The bag has a single strap with an approximate drop of 55 cm, which should suit shoulder wear and can also work crossbody on many people, depending on height and preferred fit.

Q: Will it fit A4 papers or a laptop?
A: Flat A4 documents may fit when placed horizontally, but this is a slim 5 cm deep bag, so padded or bulky laptops are not the best match. If you plan to carry tech, we recommend comparing your item’s exact measurements with the bag dimensions before purchasing.

Q: What is Dior Trotter canvas?
A: Trotter is Dior’s iconic all-over monogram canvas style, prized for its recognisable vintage look and lightweight feel. On this piece, it is paired with blue leather trim and silver-tone hardware for a classic Dior finish.

Q: Is this bag considered vintage?
A: Yes. This is a vintage Christian Dior bag, which is part of the appeal of the Trotter line. Vintage Dior messenger styles are especially loved for their practical shape, lighter feel and distinctive house monogram.

Q: Does this bag have a serial number or date code?
A: No serial number is noted in the product information for this specific piece. With vintage Dior, interior codes and markings can vary by era, so authenticity is judged from the complete item rather than one detail alone.

Q: What condition is the bag in?
A: The exterior and interior are both rated Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware is still shiny and shows light scratches, which is consistent with gentle vintage wear.

Q: How should I care for vintage Dior canvas and leather trim?
A: Wipe the canvas gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid harsh cleaners, soaking or heavy scrubbing. Keep the leather trim away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and strong sunlight, and store the bag lightly stuffed in a breathable fabric bag when not in use.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: No additional product information items are included with this bag. If you would like confirmation before purchase, please refer to the product information on the item page or contact us.

Q: How is authenticity assessed for a vintage Dior bag like this?
A: Authenticity is assessed through the overall quality of the piece, including materials, monogram alignment, stitching, hardware, interior details and craftsmanship. For vintage Dior, this full-item review is more useful than relying on a single mark alone.
