Q: What material is this Georg Jensen necklace made from?
A: This necklace is described in the product information as 18kt yellow gold.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day?
A: It can be worn regularly with appropriate care. Georg Jensen recommends removing jewellery before sport, housework, gardening and bedtime to help avoid knocks, scratches and unnecessary wear.

Q: Can I shower or swim while wearing the necklace?
A: Georg Jensen recommends removing jewellery before showering, swimming or visiting the beach. Avoid exposing it to perfume, hairspray and cosmetics as part of your care routine.

Q: How should I clean and store the necklace?
A: For routine cleaning of plain gold jewellery, use lukewarm water with a little mild soap, rinse thoroughly and dry gently with a soft cloth. If you are unsure about any decorative details, seek professional advice before cleaning. Store it separately from other jewellery to reduce rubbing and tangling.

Q: Can the light scratches be removed?
A: A professional jeweller can assess whether polishing is appropriate. Polishing removes a small amount of metal, so it should not be done frequently. Gentle cleaning can remove surface dirt but will not remove scratches.
