Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Duomo Boston Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 32 cm wide × 20 cm high × 16 cm deep, with a handle drop of 13 cm.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at these details.

Q: Is the Damier Ebene exterior leather or canvas?

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its dimensions make it suitable for everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Q: How does the bag close?
A: The Duomo Boston Bag has a top zip closure to keep the main compartment closed while carrying it.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: The product information lists a clochette, padlock and key. A clochette is the small leather key holder. A box or dust bag is not listed, so please do not assume either is included.

Q: How should I clean the Damier Ebene canvas and leather trim?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water. Avoid soaking the leather handles and trim. Do not apply leather lotions, oils, alcohol-based products, harsh cleaners or abrasive tools to the canvas. Keep perfumes, cosmetics and hand sanitiser away from both the canvas and leather, and seek specialist advice for stubborn stains.
