Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This particular bag measures approximately 23 cm wide, 18 cm high and 11 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 9 cm and the strap measurement is 56 cm. These item-specific measurements take precedence over dimensions published for other Alma BB editions.

Q: What fits inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is suited to small daily essentials such as a smartphone, compact wallet or cardholder, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you arrange them. A bulky sunglasses case or full-sized wallet will leave less room for other items, so check their dimensions before buying.

Q: Can this bag be carried crossbody?
A: The Alma BB offers handheld carrying with its top handles and hands-free carrying with a shoulder strap. A shoulder strap is included with this piece. Crossbody comfort and where the bag sits will depend on your height and build; refer to the listed 56 cm strap measurement when assessing the fit. Strap adjustability is not specified in the product information.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.

Q: What material and colour is this Louis Vuitton Alma BB?
A: This bag is black Epi leather, Louis Vuitton’s distinctive textured cowhide leather. Its grained finish gives the compact Alma silhouette a structured appearance.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor marks on the leather, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece rather than an unused bag.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap, clochette and key. The clochette is the small leather key holder. A padlock, dust bag and box are not listed, so do not assume they are included.

Q: Where was this particular Alma BB made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this bag is France. Although Alma BB bags can have different manufacturing locations, the product information identifies this particular piece as French-made.

Q: How should I clean and store Epi leather?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth. Avoid soap, solvents, commercial leather treatments and contact with perfume, cosmetics or hand sanitiser. Keep the bag away from abrasive surfaces, direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and store it in a breathable protective pouch when not in use. Avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: Is Epi leather waterproof or scratch-proof?
A: No. Epi leather should still be protected from rain, damp conditions and abrasive surfaces. If it becomes wet, gently blot it with a soft, absorbent, light-coloured cloth and leave it to dry away from direct heat. The minor leather marks already noted on this piece are part of its stated pre-owned condition.
