Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Epi Alma BB?
A: This bag measures approximately 24 cm wide, 18 cm high and 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm and the strap measurement is 57 cm.

Q: What fits inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is suited to small everyday essentials, such as a smartphone, compact wallet, keys and lipstick. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Check the measurements carefully if you carry a large phone case or wallet, and avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: This piece has dual rolled leather handles and a detachable shoulder strap, offering handheld, shoulder and crossbody carrying options. The listed strap measurement is 57 cm; crossbody positioning and comfort will depend on your height and build. Strap adjustability is not specified in the product information.

Q: What is Epi leather?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton’s distinctive textured cowhide leather, recognisable by its grained surface. This bag features black Epi leather with smooth leather trim and silver-tone hardware. Although suitable for everyday use, the leather can still show scratches and rubbing, so avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The exterior is rated Very Good, with minor rubbing on the corners. The interior is also rated Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a strap, padlock and clochette. The clochette is the small leather key cover. Keys, a box and a dust bag are not listed, so their inclusion should not be assumed.

Q: How does the bag close, and does it have an internal pocket?
A: This Alma BB has a two-way zip closure. Inside, it features black Alcantara lining and one internal slip pocket for organising smaller belongings.

Q: How should I care for this Epi leather bag?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth and avoid commercial cleaners, oils, solvents and hand sanitiser. Keep the bag away from prolonged rain, damp conditions, direct sunlight and heat. If it gets wet, blot gently with a lint-free, light-coloured cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. Store it in a protective fabric pouch, if available, in a dry place. It should not be treated as waterproof.

Q: Where was this bag made, and is a code provided?
A: The supplied country-of-origin information identifies this particular bag as made in France. The product information lists AA4129 in the serial-number field; a production date is not explicitly stated.

Q: Has this bag been authenticated?
A: Yes. According to the product information, this bag’s authenticity has been checked and verified by A Retro Tale’s experts, who have over 10 years of experience in vintage and luxury bags.
