Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Delightful PM bag?
A: This bag measures 37 cm wide × 27 cm high × 13 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 15 cm.

Q: What can I carry in the Delightful PM?
A: Its dimensions make it a practical option for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can I wear this bag over the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Delightful PM is designed as a shoulder bag with a single leather handle, rather than a crossbody bag. Shoulder fit will depend on your build and clothing, particularly when wearing a thick coat. No separate shoulder strap is listed in the product information.

Q: Is the Monogram exterior leather?
A: The patterned body is Louis Vuitton Monogram coated canvas, complemented by natural cowhide leather trim and a leather handle. The canvas and leather require different care methods.

Q: Does the Delightful PM have a zip closure?
A: The main compartment has an open-top design with a hook clasp rather than a full zip closure. The model also features an internal zipped pocket for smaller belongings.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and wear on the leather trim and piping, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or box?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information. A dust bag and box are therefore not included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France. The recorded identification code for this item is FL2161.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the leather trim. Avoid oils, alcohol-based products, leather lotions and chemical cleaners. If the natural leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Store the bag in a breathable cover in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking it.
