Q: What is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Matte Stockton Bag made from?
A: The Stockton features leather embossed with Louis Vuitton’s Monogram pattern and a matte finish, rather than the printed coated canvas used on classic Monogram bags. This example is black.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?

Q: Does the bag have a zip closure and internal pockets?
A: The Monogram Matte Stockton design has a top zip closure and an interior with zipped and slip pockets, helping you organise smaller belongings.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-loved bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the corner piping and watermarks on the handle. The interior is also very good, with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information.

Q: How should I care for the bag and its leather handles?
A: Handle it gently and avoid contact with oils, perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitisers and commercial cleaners. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a soft, lint-free, light-coloured cloth. Do not scrub the existing handle watermarks or attempt to remove them with household products; seek specialist advice before treating stains.

Q: How should I store the Stockton when it is not in use?
A: Store it in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally in a breathable protective bag purchased separately. Avoid overpacking it or storing it in a sealed box, and support its shape without stretching the leather.
