Q: What are the dimensions of this Valentino VLogo Moon Bag?
A: This bag measures 22 cm wide, 13 cm high and 8 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 7 cm and the strap measurement is 50 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions suggest room for small essentials such as a cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Phone fit will depend on your device and case, as well as the bag’s opening and usable interior space. Compare your essentials with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: How can I carry this bag?
A: This item has a short handle and comes with a shoulder strap, giving you handheld and shoulder-carry options. Crossbody comfort will depend on your height and preferred fit; the listed strap measurement is 50 cm, but the product information does not specify whether this is the total length or drop.

Q: Is this bag new or pre-owned?
A: This is a pre-owned bag in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, so some signs of previous wear should be expected.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A dust bag and shoulder strap are included, as listed in the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The product information lists the colour as white and the country of origin as Italy.

Q: What makes the VLogo Moon design distinctive?
A: The VLogo Moon collection is known for its crescent-shaped silhouette and signature VLogo chain detailing. It offers a compact alternative to a larger everyday shoulder bag.

Q: How can I help protect the white finish?
A: Avoid prolonged rubbing against dark denim or clothing that may transfer dye, particularly when damp. Keep cosmetics and pens in a separate pouch to help protect the interior. If staining occurs, seek advice from a handbag-care specialist rather than using harsh household cleaners.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it in the included dust bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Lightly support its shape with clean, undyed tissue paper, without overfilling it, and avoid placing heavy items on top.
