A: This pre-owned necklace is in very good condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny, with light scratches.

Q: How long is the necklace?
A: The listed necklace circumference is 50 cm. To assess the fit, compare this measurement with a necklace you already own.

Q: Is this necklace made from solid gold?
A: The product information lists the colour as gold but does not specify the metal composition or confirm solid gold. The colour description should not be taken as a statement of gold content.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while swimming?

Q: How should I clean this necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, non-abrasive cloth suitable for jewellery. Avoid harsh cleaning products and abrasive materials. As the metal composition is not specified, do not use cleaners intended for a particular metal without confirming their suitability.

Q: How can I protect the necklace from further scratches?
A: Keep it separate from other jewellery and avoid contact with objects that could scratch the surface. When putting it away, arrange the chain carefully to minimise rubbing against the pendant or other pieces.
