Q: What are the dimensions of this Balenciaga First Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 34 cm wide, 18 cm high and 6 cm deep. Its compact proportions make it suited to carrying everyday essentials rather than bulky belongings.

Q: What can I fit inside the Balenciaga First?
A: The First is generally suitable for a phone, a compact wallet, keys and a few small personal items, such as lip balm. Exact capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; compare them with this bag's measurements before purchasing.

Q: How can I carry this bag?
A: You can carry it by the handles or use the included shoulder strap for shoulder wear. The First's short shoulder strap means it typically sits relatively high under the arm, so comfort will depend on your build and clothing.

Q: Can I wear this Balenciaga First crossbody?
A: The classic First is primarily intended for hand and shoulder carry. Do not assume the included shoulder strap will provide a comfortable crossbody fit; if crossbody wear is essential, ask for confirmation of the strap's full length before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has scuffing and discolouration on the corners and edges, plus wear on the handles. The interior is in very good condition with light signs of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag, mirror and shoulder strap. A box and authenticity card are not listed among the included items.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This Balenciaga First Bag is listed as pink. Please review the product photographs for its appearance, including the disclosed discolouration on the corners and edges.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin information for this particular bag states Italy.

Q: How should I care for and store this pre-owned bag?
A: Store it in the included dust bag when not in use and keep it away from moisture, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. As the exact material is not specified in the product information, confirm it before applying cleaners or conditioners. For the existing scuffing and discolouration, seek advice from a specialist bag-care service rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.
