Q: What size is this Burberry Nova Check Bag?
A: This is the Small variant, measuring 39 cm wide, 15 cm high and 9 cm deep. These measurements are more useful for judging its size than the model name alone.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Use the 39 × 15 × 9 cm measurements to assess whether your phone, purse, keys and other small essentials will fit. Usable space depends on the bag’s opening and internal shape, so the exterior dimensions do not guarantee that a particular item will fit.

Q: Is the handle adjustable, and is a separate shoulder strap included?
A: The handle measurement is listed as 20 cm and is adjustable. No separate shoulder strap is listed in the product information; crossbody suitability is not confirmed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as new or unworn.

Q: What colour is this Nova Check Bag?
A: The listed colour is beige, and the model is Burberry Nova Check. Please review the product photographs for the placement of the check pattern and the appearance of the trim.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin information identifies this bag as made in Italy.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A dust bag, box or authenticity card is therefore not listed as part of this purchase.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale states that its experts meticulously review details such as stitching, handles and other features to establish the authenticity of the bags it sells.

Q: How should I approach cleaning this Nova Check Bag?
A: The material composition is not specified in the product information, so do not assume that a cleaning method for another Nova Check bag will suit this one. Ask for material-specific guidance before applying cleaners or conditioners. For cleaning or repairs, you can also enquire with Burberry about its ReBurberry services and whether this piece is eligible.
