Q: Is this a bag charm or a bracelet?
A: This item is listed as a vintage bag charm, featuring a chain-link design, a B.zero1 ring charm and a toggle closure. The measurements provided are charm dimensions, not a wearable wrist circumference.

Q: What are the charm’s measurements?
A: The listed dimensions are approximately 4 cm in height, 1 cm in width and 1 cm in depth. As this is a vintage piece, measurements may vary slightly due to previous care and storage.

Q: How can I attach it to my bag?
A: Check whether your bag has a suitable handle loop or attachment ring that can accommodate the charm’s chain and toggle fastening without forcing either piece. Compatibility depends on your bag’s design; the listing does not provide the chain length or closure opening measurements, so please contact us if you need these checked.

Q: How does the toggle closure work, and is the charm adjustable?
A: A toggle closure fastens by passing its bar through the corresponding ring and allowing it to sit across the opening. The product size is listed as Adjustable, but the adjustment range and fastening positions are not specified. Check that the closure is fully seated before use and avoid forcing it.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: Is this Bvlgari B.zero1 charm authentic?
A: Yes. Its authenticity has been checked and certified by Kathrine, A Retro Tale’s expert with 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery.

Q: Is this a bag charm or a bracelet?
A: This item is listed as a vintage bag charm, featuring a chain-link design, a B.zero1 ring charm and a toggle closure. The measurements provided are charm dimensions, not a wearable wrist circumference.

Q: Is it made from solid sterling silver?
A: The detailed product description specifies silver-tone metal. Although the colour is listed as Silver, this does not confirm solid sterling silver or a 925 fineness. Please contact us for clarification before purchasing if the exact metal composition is important to you.

Q: What are the charm’s measurements?
A: The listed dimensions are approximately 4 cm in height, 1 cm in width and 1 cm in depth. As this is a vintage piece, measurements may vary slightly due to previous care and storage.

The product size is listed as Adjustable, but the adjustment range and fastening positions are not specified. Check that the closure is fully seated before use and avoid forcing it.

Q: Could the charm scratch my bag or its hardware?
A: Metal charms can rub against nearby surfaces, so take care when attaching and carrying this piece. Position it to minimise repeated contact with delicate leather or polished hardware, and remove it if you notice rubbing or marks.

Q: What condition is this vintage charm in?
A: It is listed as Very Good Condition. As a pre-owned vintage accessory, it may show signs of previous use. Please review the product photographs and description for the best indication of its appearance; no specific wear details are supplied.

Q: Does it come with a box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. An original Bvlgari box, pouch or authenticity card is not listed as part of this purchase.

Q: How should I clean and store the charm?
A: For routine care, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid perfume, cosmetics, chlorine and household chemicals, and store it separately in a soft pouch or lined box that you supply. As the exact metal composition and finish are unconfirmed, seek specialist advice before using silver polish, chemical cleaners or ultrasonic cleaning.
