Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Flap Bag?
A: The bag measures 28 cm wide, 26 cm high and 7 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 25 cm; this is not specified as a handle drop or full length.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a mobile phone, a small wallet, keys and a few small toiletries. Actual capacity depends on the interior layout and the size of your belongings. The external measurements do not represent usable interior space, so avoid overfilling.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed because no separate strap measurement is provided. If crossbody wear is important to you, please ask A Retro Tale to confirm the carrying length before purchasing.

Q: When was this Chanel bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 1997–1999 and lists its partially concealed serial number as 05******. It is a vintage, pre-owned piece.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: The bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing on the corners and light scratches on the leather. The interior shows light signs of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The bag is listed as brown, and its country-of-origin label is France.

Q: Is this bag made from lambskin or caviar leather?
A: The condition description identifies leather, but the specific leather type is not stated in the product information. Please ask for confirmation if you are looking for a particular leather finish.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: A dust bag is included. A box and authenticity card are not listed in the product information, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I care for and store this vintage Chanel bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the leather's finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and do not overfill it. If it gets wet, carefully blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting any straps or chains from marking the leather.
