Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Rodeo Drive Hobo Bag?
A: This bag measures 38 cm wide, 21 cm high and 11 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 15 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small make-up pouch. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling to help preserve the bag’s shape.

Q: Does this bag include a separate shoulder strap?
A: A separate shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, and no strap measurement is provided. Do not assume one is included; please ask for confirmation if a longer strap is important to you.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: This particular Chanel CC Perfored Rodeo Drive Hobo Bag is listed as silver.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition overall. The exterior shows light traces of use, the interior is in very good condition with a stain on the lining, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this bag made, and where?
A: The product information dates the serial number beginning 12 to 2008–2009. The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Does it come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I care for this Chanel bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and humidity. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice before treating the existing lining stain.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from sunlight and humidity. Wrap any chain handles or straps in tissue paper to prevent them resting directly against the exterior, and avoid compressing or overfilling the bag.
