Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel CC Shearling Trim Tote Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 28 cm wide, 25 cm high and 6 cm deep. These dimensions make it a compact tote rather than a large shopper.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a small purse, keys and a few small personal items. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overloading the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device and its protective sleeve with the bag’s external measurements of 28 × 25 × 6 cm, allowing for less usable space inside. Do not assume that a laptop will fit simply because this is a tote.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Very Good Condition overall. Both the exterior and interior are described as good, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at its condition.

Q: When was this Chanel bag made?
A: The product information dates this bag to 2005–2006 and records its partially concealed serial number as 10******.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Shearling Trim Tote Bag is listed as beige, and its country-of-origin label states France.

Q: What comes with the bag?
A: The product information lists a pouch and a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: How should I care for the shearling trim, and can I use the bag in the rain?
A: Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. If the bag gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth rather than rubbing. Avoid household cleaners or unapproved care products; for stains on the shearling trim, seek advice from a specialist handbag cleaner or a Chanel boutique.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a cool, dry place, preferably in a breathable protective bag. Keep the shearling trim free from pressure and avoid sealed plastic storage, which can trap moisture. Protect the bag from prolonged light exposure and keep straps or hardware from pressing against its surface.
