Q: How should I care for the suede, and can I use it in the rain?
A: Keep the bag away from rain, prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and heat. For light surface dust, gently use a soft suede brush on dry suede. For stains or more extensive cleaning, seek advice from a specialist experienced in luxury suede handbags.

Q: How should I store the bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a breathable protective pouch, away from light, heat and humidity. Lightly support its shape without stretching it, and arrange the strap so it does not press into or mark the suede.
