Q: What material and colour is this Chanel Coco Cocoon tote?
A: This bag is red and made from nylon with leather trims. Its country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: It measures approximately 28 cm wide × 26 cm high × 13 cm deep. Although the model variant is listed as XL, use these measurements to judge whether it suits your needs.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: The dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small pouch. Actual capacity depends on the interior and how you pack. Laptop fit has not been confirmed, so compare your device and its sleeve with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can I carry this bag on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: The listed handle measurement is 13 cm. Shoulder comfort will depend on your build and clothing, and no separate shoulder or crossbody strap is specified in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Good Condition. The exterior has scuffing on the leather trims and a small hole in the nylon fabric. Inside, there is discolouration and wear on the leather. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, dust bag or box?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, dust bag and box are not listed, so please do not assume they are included. The recorded serial number is 13608688.

Q: How should I clean and store this nylon and leather tote?
A: Handle it gently and use a soft cloth for light surface care. Avoid harsh cleaning products, prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, gently blot with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a breathable storage pouch and avoid overfilling. Given the existing hole and leather wear, ask a Chanel boutique or specialist handbag cleaner for advice before attempting stain removal or repairs.

Q: Is this bag suitable for rainy weather?
A: Waterproof performance is not confirmed for this item. The leather trims and existing hole in the nylon mean it should be protected from rain rather than relied upon to keep its contents dry.

Q: Is this Chanel bag authenticated?
A: A Retro Tale states that every item it sells is carefully verified for authenticity. The serial number recorded for this bag is 13608688. If you would like further details about its authentication, contact A Retro Tale before purchasing.
