Q: How long is this necklace, and where will it sit?
A: The chain perimeter is approximately 52 cm, so it will usually sit around the collarbone to upper chest depending on your neck size and styling preference.

Q: How large is the Coco Mark pendant?
A: The logo pendant measures approximately 2 cm high, 2.2 cm wide, and 0.5 cm deep. It is noticeable without feeling overly bulky, making it easy to wear on its own or layer with finer chains.

Q: What is this necklace made from?
A: According to the product information, it features gold-tone metal, a quilted CC logo pendant, a link chain, and a spring-ring clasp. The listing describes it as fashion jewellery rather than solid gold fine jewellery.

Q: What condition is this piece in?
A: This necklace is listed in Very Good Condition. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle vintage wear.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day, and is it okay to get it wet?
A: Vintage fashion jewellery is best worn with care. We recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and keeping it away from perfume, lotions, and humidity to help preserve the finish.

Q: How should I clean and store it?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store it separately when not in use. Avoid water, soap, cleaning chemicals, and abrasive polishing products, as these can affect the metal finish over time.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
A: As the exact metal alloy is not specified, anyone with very sensitive skin or known metal allergies should use caution. If you are unsure, occasional wear over clothing or a patch test may be sensible.

Q: Does it come with any original packaging?
A: Yes, this piece comes with a box. Everything included with the sale is shown in the product information; if you would like extra confirmation before purchase, please contact us.

Q: How do you authenticate a vintage Chanel necklace like this?
A: Chanel jewellery is widely copied, so authentication should never rely on a stamp alone. At A Retro Tale, items are checked by experts using details such as construction, finish, hardware, markings, and overall consistency with authentic Chanel pieces.
