Q: What material and colour is this Chanel Just Mademoiselle bag?
A: This Small Just Mademoiselle Bowling Bag has a red patent finish, giving it a glossy appearance.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a phone, a small purse, keys and a few cosmetics. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and the interior layout; the external measurements do not guarantee usable internal space.

A: The Just Mademoiselle Bowling Bag is a shoulder-bag style. This item has a listed handle measurement of 19 cm, so shoulder comfort may vary with your build and clothing. A separate crossbody strap is not listed in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or unworn.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: A dust bag is included in the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Where was this bag made, and how old is it?
A: The product information lists France as the country of origin and dates this piece to 2013–2014.

Q: How should I clean and store the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. If the bag gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, lint-free cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, protect any chains from pressing against the surface, and keep it away from excessive sunlight and heat.

Q: Is patent leather prone to colour transfer?
A: Yes. CHANEL advises avoiding prolonged contact between patent leather and dark materials, as dye can transfer onto the surface. Take care with dark clothing and keep the bag separate from differently coloured items during storage. If staining occurs, seek specialist advice rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.
