Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its external measurements, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a small wallet, keys and a lipstick. This is an estimate rather than a tested capacity; the usable interior space and the size of your belongings will affect what fits. Avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: What material and colour is this Chanel Suede Flap Bag?
A: This vintage Chanel Flap bag is made from pink suede. Its country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: What are the bag’s measurements?
A: The bag measures approximately 27 cm wide, 19 cm high and 9 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 22 cm; a separate strap measurement is not provided.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and wear on the suede corners. The interior is described as good, with scratches, scuffs and a tear. The hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: It is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed because no separate strap length is provided. The 22 cm handle measurement should not be treated as a crossbody strap length.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume these are included.

Q: What year was this vintage Chanel bag made?
A: The bag is listed as vintage, but its exact production year is not provided. Although a serial number tag is listed in the product information, the serial number itself has not been supplied, so a production date cannot be established from the available details.

Q: Can I use this suede bag in the rain?
A: It is best to avoid rain and prolonged exposure to moisture. Chanel recommends gently drying a bag that comes into contact with water using an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Do not rub the surface, and seek specialist advice if marks remain.

Q: How should I clean the pink suede?
A: Avoid harsh rubbing and applying cleaning products without advice, as these may affect the finish. Given the existing corner wear, consult a Chanel boutique or a specialist suede handbag cleaner before attempting stain removal. Cleaning will not repair the disclosed interior tear.

Q: How should I store this vintage bag?
A: Store it upright in a breathable protective pouch, away from prolonged sunlight, artificial light and humidity. Lightly support its shape with tissue paper and avoid placing heavy items on top. A storage pouch is not listed in the product information.
