Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Timeless 27 Single Flap Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 27 cm wide, 17 cm high and 8 cm deep. Use these measurements when comparing it with other Chanel flap bags, as dimensions can vary between versions.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a mobile phone, a compact wallet or cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and whether you use the removable insert pouch.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This bag is listed as a shoulder bag, with strap measurements of 23/40 cm. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed and will depend on your height, build and preferred carrying position. Compare the listed measurements with a bag you already own before deciding.

Q: Is this a single-flap or double-flap bag?
A: This is the Timeless 27 Single Flap version, rather than a double-flap model.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has light rubbing on the corners, the interior has pen marks, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. These signs of wear mean it is not in pristine condition.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: A removable insert pouch is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not confirmed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: The product information identifies this bag as black.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling it and prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Use a soft cloth for gentle care and avoid products that could alter the finish. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a suitable pouch, with tissue paper protecting the strap or chain.
