Q: What is special about Chopard’s Happy Diamonds design?
A: Happy Diamonds designs feature diamonds that move freely between two sapphire crystals, creating a playful sparkle as you move. This necklace has a heart-shaped pendant with three floating diamonds.

Q: What is this necklace made from?
A: This vintage Chopard Happy Diamond Necklace is crafted in 18kt white gold, with a fine chain and a lobster clasp closure.

Q: How long is the necklace, and can it be adjusted?
A: The necklace measures approximately 44 cm. Adjustable fastening positions are not specified in the product information, so please contact us to confirm whether the length can be adjusted before purchasing.

Q: Is this necklace new or pre-owned?
A: This is a vintage, pre-owned necklace graded as Like New Condition. Its finish is shiny with light scratches, so some signs of wear are present.

Q: Does this necklace come with a box or certificate?
A: A box is included according to the product information. A Chopard certificate is not listed, so please contact us if you need confirmation of any accompanying documentation.

Q: Has this necklace been authenticated?
A: The authenticity of this piece has been checked and certified by Kathrine, A Retro Tale’s jewellery expert, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery. This expert authentication does not mean that an original Chopard certificate is included.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: Remove it before showering or swimming. Chopard states that Happy Diamonds jewellery with moving elements between sapphire crystals is not guaranteed to be water-resistant.

Q: How should I clean this necklace?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth. As a precaution, do not immerse the pendant or attempt to clean inside it. For a thorough clean, ask Chopard or an authorised Chopard retailer for advice suitable for this vintage piece.

Q: What should I do if the floating diamonds stop moving freely?
A: Arrange an inspection through Chopard or an authorised Chopard retailer rather than attempting to open or repair the pendant yourself. Chopard’s jewellery servicing network works on both contemporary and historical pieces.
