GucciChange Bezel 26mm Watch

Q: What movement and size does this model have?
A: It is a Swiss‑made quartz watch with a 26 mm case, designed as a slim bangle for elegant, everyday wear.

Q: What wrist size will the bangle fit, and can it be adjusted?
A: This specific piece fits a 16 cm wrist or smaller, as noted in our product information. Vintage 11/12-series bangles were produced in a few sizes; some owners use additional links or extenders to gain a little extra length. We recommend measuring your wrist and, if needed, consulting a watchmaker about sizing options.

Q: How do the interchangeable bezels work, and how do I change them safely?
A: The coloured bezels are press‑fit. To change one, place the watch on a soft surface, use a fingernail to lift the current bezel gently at the edge, then align the new bezel and press evenly until it clicks into place. Avoid metal tools around the crystal, and always handle over a soft cloth in case a bezel slips.

Q: Are bezels from other Gucci references compatible?
A: Most replacement bezels offered today are described as fitting the Gucci 1100, 1200 and 11/12.2 Change Bezel models. Because tolerances can vary with age and production, test gently and never force a tight bezel onto the case.

Q: What material are the bezels?
A: The majority are coloured resin/acrylic rings; metal‑tone bezels were also made. Both styles were sold in a wide palette so you can match outfits and occasions easily.

Q: Is this model water‑resistant?
A: These vintage bangle models are generally not rated for water resistance. Avoid bathing, swimming, steam and heavy rain, and wipe the watch dry if it comes into brief contact with moisture.

Q: What crystal does it use, and can it be replaced?
A: Many examples use mineral glass crystals; some listings note sapphire on certain references. If the crystal is scratched or cracked, a watchmaker can replace it with a like‑for‑like part and check the case seals at the same time.

Q: What battery does it take and how often will it need changing?
A: Movement batteries on these models are commonly 364 or 377 types, but the exact cell can vary. Plan on replacement roughly every 2–3 years depending on use. We recommend professional battery changes to avoid marking the case or compromising the seal.

Q: Can I buy extra bezels or replacements?
A: Yes. Pre‑owned and new‑old‑stock bezel sets and individual colours are widely available on the secondary market. Look for pieces specifically listed for Gucci 1100/1200/11/12.2 and examine photos for chips or warping before purchasing.

Q: What is included with this watch in the product information?
A: As listed under product information, this watch comes with a box, certificate and booklet. It also includes a set of 12 interchangeable bezels.
