Q: What are the dimensions of this Gucci GG Princy Tote Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 37 cm wide, 23 cm high and 10 cm deep, with a handle drop of approximately 20 cm.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: The Princy tote can be carried by its handles or worn on the shoulder. The approximately 20 cm handle drop means the fit may vary depending on your build and the thickness of your clothing. No separate shoulder strap is listed in the product information.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. The space available will depend on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this Gucci Princy tote fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your laptop’s dimensions, including any sleeve, with the bag’s measurements of 37 × 23 × 10 cm. These are external measurements, so the usable interior space will be smaller.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in good condition. The exterior has scuffing and wear on the corners, leather trim and handles. The interior is in good condition with discolouration, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Gucci GG Princy Tote Bag is black. Its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or box?
A: A dust bag is included. A box and authenticity card are not listed in the product information.

Q: How should I clean this pre-owned Gucci bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding cleaning or protective products that could alter the finish or cause stains. For the existing interior discolouration or more thorough cleaning, seek advice from Gucci or a specialist handbag cleaner rather than attempting to remove it with household products.

Q: How should I store the bag and protect it during use?
A: Store it in the included dust bag with nothing placed on top. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently blot it straight away with a soft cloth.
