Q: What are the dimensions of this Gucci Soft Stirrup Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 35 cm wide, 30 cm high and 11 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 16 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the shape and size of your belongings.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this piece. Compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the bag’s measurements, allowing extra room for the opening and interior shape rather than relying on the exterior dimensions alone.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: No separate shoulder or crossbody strap is listed in the product information. Do not assume that a long strap is included. If crossbody wear is essential, please ask for confirmation before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Gucci Soft Stirrup Bag is listed as blue, and its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this piece, as stated in the product information. A dust bag or box should therefore not be expected.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding cleaning or protective products that could alter their appearance. Keep the bag away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. As this piece’s material is not specified, seek material-specific advice before treating stains or applying any product.

Q: How should I store it when not in use?
A: Store the bag in a suitable soft dust bag, purchased separately, away from direct light, heat and humidity. Do not place other items on top of it, as this can affect its shape or scratch the surface.
