Q: What condition are these Hermès O'Maillon earrings in?
A: This pre-owned pair is in Very Good Condition. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, so some signs of previous wear are present.

Q: How large are the earrings?
A: The listed measurements are 4 cm in height and 1.5 cm in width. These dimensions can help you judge their size against earrings you already own.

Q: Are these earrings made from solid gold?
A: The product colour is listed as gold, but the metal composition and any plating are not specified. A gold colour alone does not confirm solid gold or a particular gold purity.

Q: Do these earrings come with their original box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included with this pair, as stated in the product information. An original Hermès box or pouch is therefore not included.

Q: Are these earrings heavy or comfortable for all-day wear?
A: The weight of this specific pair is not provided, so we cannot confirm how light they feel. Comfort depends on your preferences and sensitivity to dangling earrings; consider the listed dimensions before purchasing.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: Their metal composition and nickel content are not specified, so they cannot be confirmed as hypoallergenic or nickel-free. If you have known metal sensitivities, ask for further material information before purchasing.

Q: Can I wear these earrings when showering, swimming or exercising?
A: It is best to remove them beforehand. Hermès recommends protecting jewellery from moisture, chlorinated and salt water, cosmetics and activities that could cause knocks or scratches.

Q: How should I clean and store these earrings?
A: Gently wipe the hardware with a soft, clean, dry cloth. As the exact materials are not specified, avoid soaking or using metal polish without material-specific advice. Store the earrings separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box, away from humidity and intense heat.
