Q: What size is this Loewe Amazona bag?
A: This bag is listed as the Small variant and measures 29 cm wide, 18 cm high and 13 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 12 cm. Use these measurements rather than specifications for other Amazona versions when assessing its size.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder or crossbody strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, and no strap measurement is provided. Plan to carry it by its handles unless a strap and suitable attachment points are confirmed before purchase.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned Amazona in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor discolouration and rubbing on the corners and edges. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Which accessories are included?
A: The product information lists a padlock, key and clochette. A dust bag, box and authenticity card are not listed, so their inclusion should not be assumed.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: The listed colour is ecru. Please review the product photographs alongside the condition notes, which record minor discolouration on the exterior.

Q: Where was this bag made, and is its production year known?
A: The country of origin is listed as Spain. No serial number or production date is supplied, so a specific year cannot be confirmed from the available product information.

Q: How should I care for and store this Amazona?
A: LOEWE recommends keeping bags away from direct light and heat and avoiding excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. Store it in a cloth bag without overfilling it to help preserve its shape. If it gets wet, dab away excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to dry at room temperature.

Q: Can the existing discolouration and corner rubbing be removed?
A: These are recorded signs of wear, and their removal cannot be guaranteed. If you are considering restoration, ask LOEWE or a specialist bag restorer to assess the bag before applying any treatment.
