Q: What are the dimensions of this Loewe Medium Puzzle Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 30 cm wide × 20 cm high × 12 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements when comparing it with other Puzzle bags, as dimensions can vary between versions.

Q: What can I fit inside the bag?
A: The Medium Puzzle is suitable for everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, earphones and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Its external dimensions are 30 × 20 × 12 cm, and the usable interior and opening are smaller. Compare your device’s measurements carefully rather than assuming it will fit.

Q: How can I carry this Puzzle bag?
A: You can carry it by the top handle or use the included shoulder strap. The Puzzle range also offers crossbody styling, but the fit of this particular strap will depend on your height, build and clothing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and minor scuffs on the corners and leather, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The product information identifies the colour as orange and the country of origin as Spain.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A shoulder strap is included. No box, dust bag or authenticity card is specified in the product information, so do not assume these are included.

Q: How should I care for and store the bag?
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and excessive contact with water, oils, perfume and cosmetics. If it gets wet, gently dab away excess moisture with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Store it in a cloth dust bag without overfilling it, and seek specialist advice for cleaning or treating the existing scuffs.

Q: Could the orange leather transfer colour onto clothing?
A: LOEWE advises that leather can transfer colour when rubbed, particularly in humid conditions. Take extra care when carrying this orange bag against light-coloured clothing, and avoid prolonged rubbing or contact with damp fabrics.
