Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Papillon Mini bag?
A: This bag measures 16 cm wide, 7 cm high and 6 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 15 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the Papillon Mini?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to a few small essentials, such as lipstick, a few keys and cards. Capacity depends on the size and shape of your items, so avoid overfilling it or forcing the closure.

Q: Will my phone fit inside this bag?
A: Phone fit cannot be guaranteed. Compare your phone’s dimensions, including its case, with the bag’s external measurements of 16 × 7 × 6 cm. The usable interior and opening are smaller, so a phone close to these measurements may not fit.

Q: Can this bag be worn over the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The bag has a short handle with a listed measurement of 15 cm. No shoulder or crossbody strap is listed in the product information, so do not assume it offers either carrying option.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The overall grading is Good Condition. The exterior and interior are both described as very good, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these descriptions.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information.

Q: How should I clean and store this Damier Ebene bag?
A: For the Damier canvas, Louis Vuitton recommends gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water. Avoid leather lotions, oils, harsh cleaners and chemicals on the canvas. Do not overpack the bag, and store it in a breathable protective bag in a ventilated place away from heat. A dust bag is not included with this item.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells. Its brand-specialist experts carefully review details such as stitching, handles and construction as part of the authentication process.
