Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Epi Alma BB?
A: This bag measures 23 cm wide, 18 cm high and 11 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm and the strap measurement is 55 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is a compact bag for everyday essentials such as a smartphone, compact purse or cardholder, keys and lipstick. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and any protective cases. Its structured shape makes it better suited to smaller essentials than bulky items.

Q: Can this bag be carried on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: It can be carried by its top handles or with the included shoulder strap. The Alma BB design also allows crossbody wear, although comfort and positioning depend on your height and build. This bag's listed strap measurement is 55 cm; adjustability is not specified in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has a minor scratch on the leather base, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap, padlock, key and clochette. A box or dust bag is not listed, so neither should be assumed to be included.

Q: What is Epi leather, and what colour is this bag?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton's distinctive textured cowhide leather, recognised by its grained surface. This particular Alma BB is black. Although the textured finish is practical for regular use, it can still develop scratches and signs of wear.

Q: How does the Alma BB close?
A: The Epi Alma BB design has a double zip closure. This bag includes a padlock and key. To access the interior comfortably, support the bag while opening the zips and avoid forcing the opening or overfilling it.

Q: Is Epi leather waterproof?
A: Do not treat Epi leather as waterproof. Louis Vuitton recommends keeping Epi products away from damp and humid environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, and gently blot any moisture with a soft, light-coloured cloth.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth. Do not use soap or solvents, and avoid abrasive surfaces, direct sunlight, heat, grease, perfume and hand sanitiser. When not in use, store the bag in a protective fabric pouch if you have one; a pouch is not listed as included with this item.

Q: Where was this bag made, and is its production date known?
A: The supplied country-of-origin information states France. No date code or serial number is recorded in the product information, so a specific production date cannot be confirmed from the listing.
