Q: What are this bag’s dimensions, and why is it wider than 25 cm?
A: This bag measures approximately 28 cm wide × 20 cm high × 16 cm deep. Although the model is called Speedy 25, vintage Epi versions are wider than their Monogram canvas counterparts. Use this item’s listed measurements rather than the model number when assessing its size.

Q: What can I fit inside the Epi Speedy 25?
A: Its dimensions should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetic pouch, depending on their size and how you pack them. Laptop fit has not been confirmed; compare your device’s dimensions with the bag’s measurements and allow for the narrower zip opening.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is included. This is the classic Speedy rather than a listed Bandoulière model, and it is intended for carrying by its top handles. The listed handle measurement is approximately 10 cm.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What is the Louis Vuitton Epi Speedy 25 made from?
A: The Epi Speedy 25 is made from Louis Vuitton’s distinctively textured Epi leather. This particular bag is black.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece, so some visible wear is expected.

Q: Are a dust bag, box, padlock or keys included?
A: No accessories are included with this item. The product information confirms that it is supplied without accessories, so a dust bag, box, padlock and keys should not be expected.

Q: Where was this bag made, and what code is recorded?
A: The country of origin is listed as France. The code recorded in the product information is VI0924.

Q: How should I clean the Epi leather?
A: For light surface dirt, gently wipe with a soft, light-coloured cloth slightly dampened with water. Avoid soaking the leather or using commercial cleaners, oils, perfumes and alcohol-based products. For stubborn marks or scratches, seek professional advice rather than attempting abrasive cleaning.

Q: How should I store the bag to help preserve its shape?
A: Store it in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid overpacking it or compressing it during storage. A breathable protective bag can help keep dust off, but no dust bag is included with this item.
