Q: Which size is this Louis Vuitton Boite Chapeau Souple?
A: This bag is listed as the PM variant. Its recorded measurements are 20 cm high, 15 cm wide and 6 cm deep. Please use these item-specific measurements when assessing its size rather than measurements for other versions.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact size makes it best suited to small essentials such as a cardholder, keys and a lipstick. Phone fit depends on the handset, its case and the curved opening, so compare your phone with the listed measurements before purchasing. External dimensions do not represent the full usable interior space.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Yes, this is a crossbody model with a leather shoulder strap. The recorded strap measurement is 50 cm. The Souple PM typically has an adjustable strap, but its position on the body will depend on your height and the selected setting.

Q: Is the Monogram exterior leather?
A: The Monogram Souple PM combines coated canvas with natural cowhide leather trim and a leather strap. The patterned body is coated canvas rather than an all-leather construction.

Q: How does the bag close?
A: The Souple PM model has a zip closure around the upper curved edge. Its rounded shape means access differs from a straight-top handbag, so avoid overpacking or forcing bulky items through the opening.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has scratched leather and some rubbing and scuffs on the piping. The interior is also rated Very Good, with white stains. The hardware remains shiny but has light scratches and some tarnishing.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: A luggage tag is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag or authenticity card is not listed, so please do not assume these are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information records France as the country of origin and lists the identifying code DU4179.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, slightly damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid alcohol, oils, solvents and abrasive cleaners. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Store the bag in a breathable dust bag in a ventilated place away from heat and direct sunlight, and avoid overpacking. Seek specialist advice before attempting to remove the existing interior stains.
