Q: Is this Artsy MM made from leather or canvas?
A: This is the Monogram Empreinte version, made from supple leather embossed with Louis Vuitton’s Monogram pattern rather than printed coated canvas. This particular bag is listed as brown.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 40 cm wide, 30 cm high and 18 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm.

Q: Can the Artsy MM be carried on the shoulder or cross-body?
A: The Artsy has a single handle for hand, elbow or shoulder carrying. Shoulder comfort varies depending on your build, clothing and how much you carry, so consider this item’s listed 10 cm handle measurement. No separate cross-body strap is listed in the product information.

Q: What can I fit inside the Artsy MM?
A: Its dimensions offer room for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item; compare your device and sleeve with the bag’s measurements rather than relying on the MM designation.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or unused.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or box?
A: A dust bag is included. A box and authenticity card are not listed in the product information, so they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this particular bag made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this bag is France.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram Empreinte leather?
A: Avoid rubbing the leather against abrasive surfaces, and keep it away from water, direct sunlight, heat, cosmetics, perfume and alcohol-based products such as hand sanitiser. If it becomes wet, gently blot it with a lint-free, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Do not use soap or solvents. Store it in its dust bag in a dry, ventilated place, and avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.
