Q: What fits inside this Mabillon bag?
A: At 26 cm wide, 20 cm high and 6 cm deep, it is suited to daily essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and small sunglasses case. Fit depends on the size of your belongings; it is not intended as a laptop bag.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody?
A: Yes. This Mabillon is a crossbody bag with an adjustable strap. The listed strap measurement is 54 cm; the fit will depend on your height and preferred adjustment.

Q: What is the bag made from?
A: The Monogram Mabillon design features Louis Vuitton’s brown Monogram coated canvas with natural leather trim. The canvas and leather need different care, particularly around moisture and cleaning products.

Q: How does the bag close, and does it have an outside pocket?
A: The Monogram Mabillon design has a zip-top main compartment and a front flap pocket for smaller items you want to reach quickly.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. As this is a pre-owned piece, review the product photographs for its individual details.

Q: Are a dust bag, box or authenticity card included?
A: No accessories are listed for this item. Check the product information for what is included with the bag.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soapy water if needed. Keep perfume, alcohol-based products and leather treatments away from the canvas. Protect the natural leather trim from water and prolonged direct sunlight, and store the bag in a dry, ventilated place without overfilling it.

Q: Where was this bag made, and what is its recorded code?
A: The product information lists France as its country of origin and CA4195 as its recorded code. A code alone should not be used to establish a bag’s origin, age or authenticity.

Q: How is its authenticity checked?
A: A Retro Tale states that its experts review details such as construction, materials and finishing when authenticating its pre-owned pieces. The recorded code is one detail to consider, rather than proof of authenticity on its own.
