Louis VuittonMonogram Popincourt Haut Bag

Q: What size is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Popincourt Haut Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 27.5 cm wide, 24 cm high and 12 cm deep, with a strap drop of around 22 cm. It is a compact-to-medium shoulder bag that works well for everyday essentials.

Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: The Popincourt Haut is well suited to daily items such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics and a small notebook. Its structured shape and zipped top make it practical for organised everyday use, but it is not large enough for a laptop or bulky items.

Q: Is this a shoulder bag or a crossbody bag?
A: This model is designed to be worn on the shoulder. The Popincourt Haut is known for its adjustable shoulder straps, but with the measurements of this specific item it should be considered a shoulder bag rather than a crossbody style.

Q: Does the bag close securely?
A: Yes. The Popincourt Haut features a top zip closure, which helps keep your belongings secure while maintaining the bag’s neat, structured silhouette.

Q: Does it have interior pockets?
A: Yes. This model is generally known for a fabric-lined interior with patch or slip pockets for smaller essentials. That makes it useful for keeping items such as cards, lipstick or keys easier to find.

Q: What does the date code FL2150 mean?
A: The code FL2150 indicates production in France. In Louis Vuitton’s 2007-and-later date code format, the numbers correspond to the production week and year, placing this bag in week 25 of 2010.

Q: Is the Popincourt Haut a discontinued model?
A: Yes. The original Popincourt line is generally understood to have been introduced in the mid-2000s and discontinued around 2010, which makes the Popincourt Haut a sought-after vintage Louis Vuitton style.

Q: What condition should I expect from this specific bag?
A: This item is listed in very good overall condition. The exterior shows scuffs and wear on the leather piping and corners, holes and peeling on the piping, darkening on the straps, and light marks on the canvas. The interior is very good with minor marks, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This item comes with no accessories. Please refer to the product information for the most accurate overview of what is included with this specific purchase.

Q: How should I care for vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas and vachetta leather?
A: Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Keep the bag away from heavy rain, direct heat and prolonged sunlight, as natural vachetta leather can darken further over time. When not in use, store it loosely stuffed in a breathable dust bag to help maintain its shape.
