Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Monogram Trotteur bag?
A: This Trotteur PM measures approximately 23 cm wide × 13 cm high × 7 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 56 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the Trotteur PM?
A: Its compact dimensions make it suited to small everyday essentials, such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; compare your essentials with the listed measurements and avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The Trotteur is commonly worn as a shoulder or crossbody bag, but the fit of this particular piece is not confirmed. Its listed strap measurement is 56 cm, without specifying whether this is the length or drop. Please ask for clarification before purchasing specifically for crossbody wear.

Q: Is the Monogram Trotteur made entirely from leather?
A: No. The Monogram Trotteur combines coated canvas with natural vachetta leather detailing. This particular bag has a vachetta leather base, where light watermarks are noted.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear and light watermarks on the vachetta leather base. The interior shows light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this particular bag is France.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this piece, as stated in the product information.

Q: How should I clean the canvas and vachetta leather?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the vachetta leather. Avoid solvents, alcohol-based products, oils and home remedies such as saddle soap. Do not scrub or attempt to spot-clean the existing leather watermarks; seek specialist advice if you are considering treatment.

Q: Can I use this bag in the rain, and will the watermarks disappear?
A: Avoid exposing the bag to rain, particularly its natural vachetta leather. If the leather gets wet, blot it immediately with a lint-free, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Existing watermarks may become less noticeable as the leather develops a darker patina, but their removal or disappearance cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How should I store this vintage bag?
A: Store it in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid compressing or overfilling it. A breathable protective pouch can help protect it during storage, but none is included with this piece.
