Q: Is the necklace made from sterling silver?
A: The chain is described as silver-tone metal. This refers to its appearance, not confirmation of sterling silver. The exact metal composition and purity are not specified in the product information.

Q: Does this necklace feature diamonds?
A: The product information describes faceted clear crystal and rhinestone drops, not diamonds. The design also features a Prada logo charm.

Q: How long is the necklace, and is it adjustable?

Q: How should I clean this rhinestone necklace?
A: As a gentle routine-care precaution, wipe it carefully with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid vigorous rubbing, abrasive polishes and harsh cleaning products. As the exact materials and stone settings are not specified, seek specialist advice before soaking it or attempting deeper cleaning.

Q: Can I wear the necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: As a precaution, remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions and household cleaners, and put it on after your beauty products have dried.

Q: How should I store the necklace?
A: Store it separately in the included box with a soft lining, or in a soft pouch, to help reduce scratching. Close the clasp and arrange the chain gently to minimise tangling. Keep it somewhere dry, away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat.
